- Prior experience working in a fast food or fast casual restaurant
- Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Ability to lead and motivate a team

Job Duties
- Provide leadership and training to crew members to maintain high restaurant standards
- Uphold and promote company culture and customer service excellence
- Monitor and assist in daily operations to ensure efficient workflow and quality
- Participate in the Secret Shopper program to help earn team bonuses by maintaining high standards
- Ensure food safety and cleanliness protocols are consistently followed
- Manage shift schedules and support team members during high-volume periods
- Foster a positive and fun work environment while maintaining focus on quality and safety
