Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physically active tasks
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
- Must have good communication skills

Job Duties
- Provide leadership and expertise to restaurant teams to deliver excellent customer service
- Set the example and coach crew members on company standards
- Oversee restaurant cleanliness and food safety procedures
- Manage high-energy, fast-paced shift operations
- Participate in the Secret Shopper bonus program to maintain high standards
- Train new employees and provide ongoing support to staff
- Ensure compliance with operational policies and procedures
