Job Duties
- Provide leadership and support to restaurant crew members
- Ensure adherence to Five Guys quality and cleanliness standards
- Train new employees on operational procedures and customer service excellence
- Monitor and manage shift operations to maintain efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Participate in the Secret Shopper program to uphold high service standards
- Assist in inventory management and food preparation oversight
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
