Job Duties
- Lead and supervise restaurant team members during shifts
- Teach and enforce company standards of food quality and customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the restaurant
- Manage shift operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Participate in the Secret Shopper program to uphold high performance
- Motivate and support crew members to achieve team goals
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
