Job Duties
- Provide leadership and support to crew members during shifts
- Maintain high standards of food quality and safety
- Ensure restaurant cleanliness and organization
- Guide and train new employees on company policies and procedures
- Manage customer service to ensure an outstanding dining experience
- Participate in the Secret Shopper bonus program by upholding operational standards
- Assist with inventory management and shift reporting
