Job Duties
- Lead and motivate restaurant team to deliver excellent customer service
- ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
- manage daily operations and resolve shift-level issues
- train and coach crew members on duties and company standards
- participate in the Secret Shopper program to uphold service excellence
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- assist management with inventory and scheduling
