Job Duties
- Lead and inspire restaurant teams to deliver excellent customer service
- Teach and enforce Five Guys high quality and safety standards
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure cleanliness and efficiency
- Participate in the Secret Shopper bonus program by maintaining operational excellence
- Support crew members' development and provide guidance during shifts
- Manage and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
- Assist management in scheduling and inventory control
