Job Requirements
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in the food service or retail industry preferred
- Must be available to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks

Job Duties
- Lead restaurant teams to deliver excellent customer service
- Train and mentor crew members on Five Guys’ standards
- Ensure cleanliness and food safety compliance
- Oversee daily operations during shifts
- Participate in the Secret Shopper bonus program
- Motivate team members to maintain high energy and enthusiasm
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
