Job Duties
- Provide leadership and guidance to restaurant teams to ensure high standards

- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
- Monitor daily operations to ensure excellent customer experiences
- Participate in the Secret Shopper bonus program by upholding standards
- Address and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
- Support management in achieving operational goals
