Job Description

Sheraton Suites Market Center is an upscale hotel situated in the vibrant Market Center area of Dallas, just 3 miles northwest of downtown. This 11-story hotel is conveniently located across from the Dallas World Trade Center and offers a spacious environment with 4,000 square feet of meeting spaces suitable for groups of up to 180 people. Job Requirements

Minimum of 6 months of food and beverage outlet customer service experience including cash handling
Previous Barista experience preferred
Incredibly friendly, customer centric, and positive attitude
Professional appearance and presentation
Ability to handle cash and secure financial transactions
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must maintain high level of trust and responsibility
Ability to access sensitive back-of-house areas
Good communication skills
Ability to interact positively with guests and colleagues

Job Qualifications

Minimum of 6 months of food and beverage outlet customer service experience including cash handling
Previous Barista experience is preferred

Demonstrated ability to handle cash and manage financial transactions responsibly

Job Duties

Prepares beverages requested by customers or servers according to standard operating procedures including proper proportions and ingredient control
Maintains clean and organized work areas to maximize efficiency
Sets up the bar and back bar according to established procedures
Responds quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner and follows up to ensure guest satisfaction
Performs pre and post-shift side work including stock service station and coffee preparation
Demonstrates ability to handle cash, prepare and deposit cash drops, secure and balance bank
Interacts and occasionally has unsupervised contact with guests and colleagues
Maintains access and control to sensitive areas in the hotel premises including storage and liquor room
Maintains a high level of trust and responsibility
Represents the company with good character and exercises sound judgement
