The House Attendant position at Sheraton Park Hotel plays a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of public areas within the hotel. The role is central to creating a sparkling, welcoming environment that enhances every guest's stay. This is a position for detail-oriented, hardworking, and service-minded individuals who enjoy being behind the scenes but understand the importance of their work in shaping guests' experiences. Duties include keeping equipment and facilities spotless, maintaining cleanliness in lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and various public spaces so they are guest-ready at all times, and assisting guests with fast and friendly service.
Additionally, House Attendants support various hotel events by preparing meeting spaces and event areas, including setting up chairs, tables, and technology, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Safety is a top priority, requiring attentiveness in handling lost-and-found items, maintaining security protocols in sensitive areas, and adhering to safe work habits to prevent injuries. This role is physically demanding and requires the ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations while maintaining a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, hotel experience is a plus but not mandatory, and must be physically capable of performing cleaning duties. A valid driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle Driving Record is required where applicable.
