Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in a hotel or related field preferred
  • familiarity with hotel management software and microsoft office suite
  • excellent communication skills
  • strong customer service orientation
  • ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
  • availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • proficiency with hotel management software

Job Duties

  • greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
  • manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
  • handle guest reservations and room assignments accurately
  • respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests
  • coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are guest-ready
  • process payments and maintain accurate financial records
  • troubleshoot guest issues and provide timely solutions
