The property features an on-site restaurant, The Craft Room, which serves Midwestern-inspired dishes and cocktails, catering to diverse tastes. With 21 versatile meeting venues, the hotel is an ideal setting for business events, weddings, and social gatherings. The Sheraton Milwaukee Brookfield Hotel prides itself on providing a welcoming environment not only for its guests but also for its team members, who play an essential role in maintaining the clean, comfortable guest rooms equipped with mini-refrigerators and numerous amenities including indoor and outdoor pools.

The Front Desk Supervisor role at Sheraton Milwaukee Brookfield Hotel is a pivotal position that embodies the essence of hospitality and guest service excellence. Serving as the heartbeat of guest interactions, the Front Desk Supervisor leads the front desk team with enthusiasm and professionalism to ensure every guest feels genuinely welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive. This role oversees smooth check-in and check-out processes, manages guest reservations and special VIP requests, and acts as the primary contact for guest concerns, thereby setting a high standard for memorable guest experiences.

Additionally, the Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for the operational efficiency of the front desk, including tracking logs, managing messages and packages, and maintaining a professional, fast-paced environment. A key aspect of the role includes driving revenue strategies related to room rates, packages, and promotions to enhance hotel profitability without compromising guest satisfaction. Leading the front desk team involves training new associates, fostering strong communication, and acting as a proactive problem solver in guest service and internal staff matters. Emphasis is placed on safety, compliance, and the upholding of hotel standards.

This full-time position offers a competitive benefits package after an initial waiting period, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, short-term and long-term disability income, life insurance, paid time off, an employee assistance program, and a 401k retirement plan. Unique benefits such as daily pay options are also available.
