We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Servers, an essential role at Sheraton Grand Nashville Downtown. As a Server, you become the dining room’s Most Valuable Player (MVP), tasked with delivering friendly, efficient, and attentive service. This position requires juggling multiple tables while serving guests with a positive attitude and thorough knowledge of our menu and operations. You will be responsible for greeting guests warmly, taking precise orders, serving delicious food and drinks promptly, and ensuring a clean and organized dining environment. Servers act as ambassadors of our brand, following company standards and safety protocols to create memorable dining moments that delight guests from start to finish. - Deliver food and drinks quickly and flawlessly, with attention to detail that keeps orders spot-on and guests happy
- Juggle multiple tables with ease, keeping service smooth, spaces clean, and your cool in high-pressure moments
- Handle transactions with precision, close checks confidently, and follow all company and security protocols like a seasoned cashier
- Keep the service area spotless and safe, following hygiene regulations and certification standards
- Stay energized and on your feet, lifting, bending, and moving with strength and endurance throughout your shift
