In this position, you will ensure full compliance with health and safety standards, including grooming policies and certifications like Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid. You will manage payroll, staff scheduling, and maintain productivity reports, executing administrative duties with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will also extend to quality control and promotional planning, ensuring the food’s presentation and flavor meet the hotel’s elevated standards, while boosting business through creative and enticing promotions. Inventory management and beverage purchasing will also be under your purview, necessitating sharp financial acumen and attention to detail.

Effective communication is a must-have in this role, as you will handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Your problem-solving skills will help the team navigate challenges gracefully and maintain a positive, proactive atmosphere. You will also participate actively in meetings and report analysis, contributing to strategic decisions that enhance overall operations. Your ability to stay composed under pressure and adapt quickly to changing circumstances will prove invaluable in sustaining a high-performing hospitality team.

This role requires a minimum of five years progressive experience in hospitality or a relevant college degree coupled with applicable experience. Familiarity with Windows operating systems, spreadsheet software, and word processing is essential, along with strong numerical and financial skills. Supervisory experience is preferred, as is outstanding communication ability and strong decision-making capabilities. The Sheraton Fort Worth Downtown Hotel offers a competitive benefits package for full-time employees after a waiting period, which includes daily pay options, medical, dental, and vision coverage, disability income insurance, life insurance, paid time off, employee assistance programs, and a 401k retirement plan.
