Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage service preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Must obtain and maintain required certifications such as Alcohol Awareness and Food Handler’s Card
- Physical stamina to stand for long hours and lift moderate weights
- Must follow food safety and hygiene regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage service is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to engage professionally with guests and coworkers
- Must obtain and maintain required certifications such as Alcohol Awareness and Food Handler’s Card as per state regulations
Job Duties
- Provide a warm, friendly, and professional dining experience by greeting guests, taking orders accurately, and ensuring their needs are met
- Maintain a strong knowledge of the menu including ingredients, dietary restrictions, specials, and alcohol service guidelines
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders promptly ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Manage multiple tables efficiently while serving, clearing, and resetting tables for new guests
- Process payments, close checks, and ensure accurate handling of transactions while following company and security guidelines
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations, maintain a tidy and organized service area, and comply with alcohol and food handling certifications
- Demonstrate physical ability to stand for long hours, lift and carry objects between 20 to 50 pounds, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions
