Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage service preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
Must obtain and maintain required certifications such as Alcohol Awareness and Food Handler’s Card
Physical stamina to stand for long hours and lift moderate weights
Must follow food safety and hygiene regulations

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage service is a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to engage professionally with guests and coworkers
Must obtain and maintain required certifications such as Alcohol Awareness and Food Handler’s Card as per state regulations

Job Duties

Provide a warm, friendly, and professional dining experience by greeting guests, taking orders accurately, and ensuring their needs are met
Maintain a strong knowledge of the menu including ingredients, dietary restrictions, specials, and alcohol service guidelines
Take and deliver food and beverage orders promptly ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
Manage multiple tables efficiently while serving, clearing, and resetting tables for new guests
Process payments, close checks, and ensure accurate handling of transactions while following company and security guidelines
Follow food safety and hygiene regulations, maintain a tidy and organized service area, and comply with alcohol and food handling certifications
Demonstrate physical ability to stand for long hours, lift and carry objects between 20 to 50 pounds, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions
