The role of Concierge is integral to the guest experience, acting as the main point of contact for guests from arrival to departure. The Concierge is responsible for offering warm welcomes and personalized attention, ensuring each guest feels at home and well-informed about the local area and amenities. This position requires someone who thrives on interaction and enjoys delivering friendly, effective assistance to guests, from providing recommendations about local attractions to coordinating special requests. The Concierge also plays a supportive role within the team, collaborating closely with sales, front office, and bellman/van staff to maintain smooth operations. Additionally, the role involves aiding coffee shop operations by managing transactions, maintaining inventory, and ensuring cleanliness, demonstrating versatility and teamwork.
