Job Requirements

- Relevant experience in hospitality preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with composure

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and make them feel at home
- Share recommendations about the coffee shop and local area
- Follow uniform and grooming guidelines to maintain a polished look
- Ensure compliance with brand and safety standards
- Support daily coffee shop operations including managing transactions and maintaining inventory
- Help hire, train, and inspire team members
- Quickly handle guest questions and special requests
- Assist Sales, Front Office, and Bellman/Van teams when needed
