The Concierge role is a crucial position within our team, acting as the key point of contact for guests seeking assistance, information, or local expertise during their stay. This role is perfect for individuals who take pride in offering excellent customer service and enjoy engaging with people in a lively, fast-paced setting. The Concierge is responsible for warmly greeting guests, making them feel immediately at home, and providing insightful recommendations about our coffee shop and the surrounding area to enhance their visit. Beyond guest interaction, the Concierge supports other departments such as Sales, Front Office, and Bellman/Van services, ensuring smooth operations throughout the property. Individuals in this position maintain high professional standards in both appearance and service, supporting daily coffee shop operations including managing transactions, maintaining inventory and cleanliness, and assisting in team training and motivation.
