ArchWell Health is currently seeking an Activity Coordinator who will play an integral role in promoting well-being and social engagement among senior members. This full-time position offers a meaningful opportunity to contribute to a wellness-focused community by creating engaging, inclusive, and therapeutic programming tailored specifically for older adults. Working closely with the Center Manager, the Activity Coordinator will be responsible for all phases of activity planning, facilitation, and evaluation, ensuring a vibrant and safe environment for members. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma preferred
  • Minimum of one year experience in hospitality or healthcare or related client services
  • Experience in a clinic or healthcare environment preferred
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal communication
  • Creativity in activity planning
  • Ability to work with diverse populations including older adults
  • Knowledge of healthcare compliance and patient safety
  • Ability to maintain safe and orderly environment

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Coordinate all aspects of center activities including strategy, communication, setup, facilitation, and breakdown
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations including HIPAA and patient safety standards
  • Maintain a safe and accessible activity center environment
  • Support community engagement by building relationships with local healthcare providers and organizations
  • Communicate programming schedules and event updates to center staff and members
  • Track and report on member engagement and participation trends
  • Partner with the Center Manager to enhance programming quality and member experience
