Job Requirements
- High school diploma preferred
- Minimum of one year experience in hospitality or healthcare or related client services
- Experience in a clinic or healthcare environment preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent verbal communication
- Creativity in activity planning
- Ability to work with diverse populations including older adults
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance and patient safety
- Ability to maintain safe and orderly environment
- Ability to track engagement and report outcomes
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma preferred or equivalent experience
- Minimum of one year experience in hospitality, healthcare, or high-touch client-services environment
- Experience working in a clinic or healthcare setting preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations including seniors, staff, providers, family members, and vendors
- Knowledge of healthcare functions including clinical workflows and quality improvement initiatives
- Highly creative with ability to design and lead hands-on activities for older adults
- Demonstrated ability to adapt activities to different mobility levels and cognitive needs
Job Duties
- Coordinate all aspects of center activities including strategy, communication, setup, facilitation, and breakdown
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations including HIPAA and patient safety standards
- Maintain a safe and accessible activity center environment
- Support community engagement by building relationships with local healthcare providers and organizations
- Communicate programming schedules and event updates to center staff and members
- Track and report on member engagement and participation trends
- Partner with the Center Manager to enhance programming quality and member experience
