Job Requirements

  • High school diploma preferred
  • Minimum of one year experience in hospitality or healthcare or related client services
  • Experience in a clinic or healthcare environment preferred
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal communication
  • Creativity in activity planning
  • Ability to work with diverse populations including older adults
  • Knowledge of healthcare compliance and patient safety
  • Ability to maintain safe and orderly environment
  • Ability to track engagement and report outcomes

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma preferred or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of one year experience in hospitality, healthcare, or high-touch client-services environment
  • Experience working in a clinic or healthcare setting preferred
  • Strong customer service skills with a warm and welcoming demeanor
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations including seniors, staff, providers, family members, and vendors
  • Knowledge of healthcare functions including clinical workflows and quality improvement initiatives
  • Highly creative with ability to design and lead hands-on activities for older adults
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt activities to different mobility levels and cognitive needs

Job Duties

  • Coordinate all aspects of center activities including strategy, communication, setup, facilitation, and breakdown
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations including HIPAA and patient safety standards
  • Maintain a safe and accessible activity center environment
  • Support community engagement by building relationships with local healthcare providers and organizations
  • Communicate programming schedules and event updates to center staff and members
  • Track and report on member engagement and participation trends
  • Partner with the Center Manager to enhance programming quality and member experience
