The position requires flexibility, including availability until 3:00 AM, as well as adherence to food safety and sanitation protocols to ensure the well-being of everyone in the Shake Shack environment.

Wages for this hourly role start at $20.00 per hour, with additional compensation available in the form of tips, and an extra $2.00 per hour for certain shifts worked after midnight.
