Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver's license with safe driving record
- must successfully complete on-the-job driver training program
- must obtain SIDA and Customs Seal
- ability to read, write, and speak English
- strong communication skills
- ability to comprehend menu and flight galley specifications
- must apply safety standards and guidelines including ramp safety and airport operations area safety
- physical ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop for full shifts
- ability to work in extreme weather conditions
- flexibility to work 24/7 shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- completion of 60 days in current position
- good attendance record
- ability to work under pressure
- must be a team player
- flexible schedule availability
Job Qualifications

- ability to apply safety standards and guidelines including ramp safety, AOA safety and security rules
- physical ability to work in extreme heat or cold environments
- ability to walk, stoop, bend, and stand for entire work shift
- good organizational skills and adaptability to frequent changes
- ability to use hands and fingers to handle equipment
- flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, holidays
- ability to work under pressure while maintaining composure

- flexible schedule with availability 7 days a week, 365 days a year
Job Duties
- Maintain effective communication and coordination with LSG Sky Chefs management and customer service personnel and airline ramp and operations personnel
- assign and dispatch drivers and reassign as necessary
- stay informed of flight activity, schedule and gate changes and act accordingly
- ensure timely and safe catering of all flights
- troubleshoot and resolve issues and escalate to management as needed
- keep management informed of area activities and significant problems
- assume other related duties as required or assigned
- daily use of various quality forms for American Airlines and report daily feedback of all flight check discoveries
- ensure compliance with customer specifications, quality standards, FDA, HACCP, SOP and other regulations
- ensure on-time delivery and accurate production and/or catering of all flights
- monitor and assist in ensuring compliance with HACCP and ramp safety SOP
- perform other duties as assigned
- must be able to work a 24/7 work schedule to ensure customer requirements and needs
