Job Requirements

  • Experience with customs clearance
  • Experience with ministries and clearance processes
  • Proven experience handling SFDA shipments
  • Knowledge of medical devices pharmaceuticals food and edible content regulations
  • Familiarity with lab analysis approvals
  • Understanding of SFDA tracking systems and Fasah platform
  • Proficiency in SFDA HS codes
  • Intermediate English proficiency

  • Intermediate level of English language proficiency

Job Duties

  • Complete defined processes and procedures to deadline ensuring accuracy completeness and compliance
  • Identify anomalies and resolve based on rules and procedures
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members
  • Manage and process customs clearance documentation and regulatory compliance
  • Coordinate with ministries and regulatory bodies for approvals and clearances
  • Handle SFDA shipments including tracking systems and HS codes
  • Provide clearance customer service and brokerage administration support
