Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Computer Science, or related field
  • Proven track record in managing pilot projects and customer onboarding
  • Experience working in a SaaS company
  • Strong leadership capabilities
  • Ability to manage complex projects and coordinate cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Proven experience managing services within SaaS environments
  • Leadership experience with ability to mentor teams

Job Duties

  • Design, implement, and oversee pilot projects to showcase Synthesia's strategic value
  • Manage comprehensive customer onboarding process coordinating cross-functional teams
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to align onboarding and pilot strategies
  • Develop and refine onboarding methodologies to enhance client engagement and adoption
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators for onboarding and pilots to track success
  • Collect and analyze client feedback to improve service offerings and satisfaction
  • Advocate for client needs and drive exceptional service delivery
