This job opportunity is with an independent McDonald’s franchisee, a separate company licensed to operate McDonald’s restaurants while using McDonald’s branding and food products. Unlike corporate McDonald’s, this franchisee independently manages all employment matters including hiring, firing, scheduling, and daily operations. This distinction means while you will work under the McDonald’s brand, your employment relationship will be directly with the franchisee, not McDonald’s USA. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- able to stand for long periods
- able to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- pass background check
- able to communicate effectively in English
- physically able to perform duties including lifting and carrying supplies
- willingness to complete all training programs
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and late shifts
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- willingness to learn and follow company procedures
- reliable and professional attitude
- previous experience in food service is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Prepare beverages according to company standards
- deliver high quality drinks with accuracy and speed
- maintain a clean and organized beverage station
- provide excellent guest service
