Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate vehicles safely and efficiently
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to stand walk and lift for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of vehicle safety and maintenance
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a valet or service lot attendant preferred
- Customer service experience
- Familiarity with vehicle handling and parking procedures
- Ability to inspect vehicles and identify damages accurately
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Team player with a proactive attitude
- Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures
Job Duties
- Maintain the parking lot in a neat and organized manner free of debris and fluid leaks
- Regularly check to ensure all vehicles in parking lot are locked and secure
- Assist in moving disabled vehicles in or around the Service Department
- Retrieve customer vehicles from the parking lot upon payment or direction
- Inspect vehicles for damage and record findings on repair orders
- Deliver keys and repair order copies to Group Leaders after parking
- Inspect vehicles for damage during service and report immediately
- Keep service drive traffic flowing by parking vehicles in designated areas
- Install disposable seat covers steering wheel covers floor mats and ID tags for vehicles in service
- Remove protective covers and tags prior to returning vehicles to customers
- Wash all vehicles before delivery to clients promptly
- Inspect and clean any grease stains or debris on vehicles
- Keep waste cans emptied and haul bulky waste to dumpster
- Shuttle clients to and from the dealership as needed
- Report any safety or security concerns immediately to management
- Adhere to work schedule and arrive before scheduled time
- Comply with all safety rules and use personal protection equipment
- Maintain established dress code at all times
- Safeguard customer and dealer information per policy
- Exemplify company culture and hold peers accountable
- Accomplish all assigned tasks appropriately
- Perform other related duties as assigned
