Job Duties

  • Greet clients and escort them to appropriate service team members
  • Park cars in designated areas
  • Retrieve cars for clients
  • Find and install license plates
  • Notify Assistant Service Manager or Estimator if client is waiting
  • Keep service drive free of vehicles
  • Maintain strict adherence to dealership policy on client vehicle care and operation
  • Help clients transfer luggage or packages between cars
  • Assist technicians in moving inoperable vehicles
  • Alert Manager to any damage to clients’ vehicles
  • Assist with housekeeping on the service drive keeping it clean and clear of debris
  • Attend department meetings
