The company’s culture is strongly grounded in its guiding principles known as the North Star and Compass, supported by core DRIVE values that emphasize dedication, reliability, integrity, vision, and engagement. This cultural foundation aims to position Asbury as the Most Guest Centric Automotive Retailer in the nation.

Park Place Dealerships, part of this dynamic group, exemplifies these values by offering exceptional experiences to its guests while fostering a fun, supportive, and inclusive workplace where team members can grow personally and professionally. The company recognition as one of the best places to work by Newsweek and US News & World Report illustrates its commitment to an empowering and respectful work environment.

As a Service Valet, you will be the initial point of contact for customers arriving at the dealership for service. This frontline role offers an exciting opportunity to influence customer satisfaction positively by delivering warm greetings, managing appointment check-ins, and safely handling customers’ vehicles. Your role as a Service Valet will be instrumental in maintaining smooth operational flow within the service department, contributing directly to a seamless customer journey and promoting repeated business visits.

Safety and security procedures related to vehicle keys and handling are critical, and you will be expected to uphold these standards consistently. Your ability to collaborate effectively with team members across the dealership will foster positive working relationships and enhance overall operations.

Working as a Service Valet at Park Place demands physical stamina since you will often work outdoors and remain on your feet for extended periods. Preferred candidates are comfortable operating manual transmission vehicles and must possess a valid driver's license. Being at least 18 years old and passing pre-employment screenings, including background and drug tests, are essential prerequisites for employment.

Compensation for this role includes a competitive weekly pay structure, with added benefits such as paid holidays and paid time off, alongside paid training sessions. Park Place Dealerships also offers an extensive benefits package covering medical, vision, dental, accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity insurance plans, reflective of its commitment to employee well-being. Additional perks include paid parental and pregnancy leave, health savings accounts, short and long-term disability coverage, life insurance options, and a 401k plan with company match.

Park Place also supports continuous career development through a digital career path tool and training programs via Asbury's internal Learning Management System. Employees benefit from student loan relief resources, scholarship awards, employee discounts on parts and service repairs, and opportunities to participate in community service initiatives with paid volunteer hours. Furthermore, the company offers an aggressive employee referral program with attractive bonus opportunities, encouraging a team-oriented spirit and growth.

At Park Place and throughout Asbury Automotive Group, diversity and inclusion are foundational principles. The company is an equal opportunity employer, fostering a workplace where individuals of all backgrounds, races, genders, ages, and identities can thrive without fear of discrimination or harassment. This role at Park Place Dealerships represents not only a career opportunity but also a chance to be part of a forward-thinking organization that is reshaping automotive retail through innovation, respect, and outstanding guest experiences.
