Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- valid driver's license
- clean driving record
- able to pass a criminal background check
- able to pass pre-employment drug screen
Job Qualifications
- Customer-focused with a friendly and professional demeanor
- highly reliable and able to work effectively in an outdoor, fast-paced environment
- strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- prior experience in a valet or automotive role is a plus but training will be provided
Job Duties
- Warmly greet customers as they arrive in the service drive and assist them with vehicle check-in
- efficiently move and park vehicles in designated areas to maintain an organized and safe lot
- perform basic vehicle walk-arounds and ensure floor mats and seat covers are placed to protect customer interiors
- maintain the cleanliness of the service drive and customer lounge area to ensure a premium environment
- retrieve vehicles for customers upon completion of service, providing a polished and friendly send-off
- provide shuttle assistance or run errands for the department as needed
