The current opportunity at Mercedes Benz of Burlington is for Full-time or Part-time Service Valets who are enthusiastic, friendly, and customer-focused individuals. This role is integral to the dealership’s service department operations, acting as the primary point of contact for customers while handling various vehicle-related tasks. The Service Valet position offers a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, with alternating Saturdays at a rate of $20 per hour, or a part-time schedule from 1pm to 6pm during weekdays with alternating Saturdays at $18 per hour. Service Valets will greet customers warmly, escort them to their service advisors, and manage the movement of vehicles on the lot including transporting cars between service areas and detail bays. Additionally, they assist with loaner vehicle check-ins and check-outs, occasionally deliver customer vehicles, shuttle clients to local destinations, and perform courier duties between dealerships. Seasonal responsibilities such as light snow removal during winter months are also part of the role.

This position requires candidates who are confident drivers with a clean driving record and who can engage with customers in a courteous and professional manner. Basic computer skills are essential, alongside the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and demonstrate dependability. While driving a standard transmission vehicle is a plus, it is not mandatory.
