Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to two years related experience and/or training
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos
- Valid driver’s license and insurable
- Willing to submit to a background check and drug screen prior to employment

- Basic knowledge of vehicle handling and safety protocols
Job Duties
- Greeting and assisting customers as they arrive at the service department
- Parking and retrieving customers' vehicles in a safe and efficient manner
- Assist with service write-ups and tagging of customer cars and trucks
- Remove vehicle protective coverings and ID tags prior to returning completed vehicle to customer
- Inspect vehicles for stains, debris, and damages before returning the vehicle to the customer, and report any damage immediately
- Clean interior and exterior of new and used vehicles
- Keep vehicle lot neat and orderly, moving units as directed and in accordance with dealership display standards
- Return vehicle keys to the appropriate service consultant
- Assisting automotive technicians by retrieving parts, tools, or equipment
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in service bays, customer waiting areas, and other designated areas
- Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations
