Job Duties

Greet all customers in Service Drive upon arrival
create a warm and welcoming environment by using the customer’s name
demonstrate a positive presence with a smile
move vehicles to the appropriate service staging areas
pick up and deliver customer’s vehicle from their home/work to the dealership and back
assist customers with any personal belongings to and from their vehicle to the loaner vehicle or shuttle
keep service parking lot organized
work well within a team in order to serve the customer in a timely manner
