The company's commitment to promoting from within and providing clear opportunities for growth makes it an attractive option for individuals eager to build a rewarding career in a thriving business. Carland values its workforce and maintains a culture that nurtures a positive attitude, teamwork, and independent initiative. The company is committed to equality and inclusion, ensuring that all employees are treated fairly and without discrimination based on any protected status.

The role offered at Carland focuses on managing and maintaining vehicle inventory appearance and performance. This position is crucial in ensuring that both new and used vehicles are clean, fully stocked with necessary items such as buyer guides and stock tags, and properly positioned on the lot to meet dealership display standards. Employees in this role are responsible for cleaning vehicle interiors and exteriors, replenishing vehicle fluids, replacing batteries when needed, and ensuring the lot itself remains tidy, including driveways and sidewalks.
