Employees enjoy working close to home with a schedule that allows them to be home every day, supported by a $5,000 sign-on bonus to welcome new team members. The company supports its workforce with 17 days of paid time off along with 7 paid holidays and ongoing safety incentives. Career advancement opportunities are emphasized through annual performance reviews and training initiatives. Uniforms are provided, and employee referral programs offer additional financial incentives. Comprehensive health benefits include medical, vision, dental, and health savings accounts, alongside a 401(k) retirement plan with a company match.
