Job Requirements
- Minimum three years of progressive maintenance and safety experience
- intermediate computer skills including industry-specific technology
- ability to perform manual labor with minimal supervision
- high school diploma is a plus
- required EPA Core, Type I-Appliances, and Type II-HVAC certifications
- must provide own industry-specific hand tools
- able to lift up to 50 pounds
- full range of motion with upper and lower body
- ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, crawl, and climb stairs continuously
- able to work with both hands for frequent grasping and manipulation
- ability to push or pull items and reach overhead
- able to operate a motor vehicle onsite if applicable
- able to work in all weather conditions
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Uses industry-specific technology to establish priorities and respond to service requests
- completes maintenance requests, replacements, and upkeep including HVAC and appliance repair
- assists with identification and correction of hazardous community conditions
- ensures preventive maintenance programs are implemented and documented
- maintains and secures all property-issued tools
- posts community notices when applicable
- coordinates apartment make-ready schedules and ensures completion of repairs and cleaning
- oversees maintenance operations in absence of Service Manager
- shares on-call responsibilities including inclement weather response
- complies with OSHA and safety regulations
- performs other duties as assigned
