Job Requirements

  • At least sixteen years old
  • ability to work early morning shifts and weekends
  • ability to lift heavy boxes and perform physical tasks including bending, stretching, carrying, and standing for long periods
  • comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements
  • willingness to interact positively with customers and team members
  • ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures and company policies
  • able to perform cash handling duties
  • ability to complete assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner

Job Qualifications

  • Retail and/or customer service experience preferred
  • ability to remain standing for long periods of time
  • ability to move throughout the store
  • ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves by ladder or similar equipment
  • positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • ability to work weekends
  • commitment to safety and loss prevention
  • ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • minimum age of sixteen years

Job Duties

  • Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
  • provide a fast and friendly checkout experience
  • execute cash handling to standards
  • engage customers on the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments
  • educate customers on the Voice of Customer survey
  • assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store
  • participate in the truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes
  • complete merchandise recovery and maintenance including the merchandise return/go back process and general store recovery
  • perform Store In Stock Optimization and AD set duties as assigned
  • support shrink and safety programs
  • adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and Company programs
  • interact with others in a respectful manner and promote commitment to the organization’s vision and values
  • be cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
  • other duties as assigned
