Job Description
This job posting is for a position at a restaurant operated by an independent McDonald's franchisee, a separate company and employer from McDonald's USA. The franchisee owns a license to use the McDonald's logos and food products to run the restaurant but is solely responsible for all employment matters such as hiring, firing, disciplinary action, supervision, staffing, and employee scheduling. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to work flexible part-time or full-time schedules
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physically active tasks
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Willingness to follow safety and security procedures

Job Duties
- Follow safety and security procedures as provided by the company
- Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience by taking orders, answering questions, and operating a cash register
- Help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals, assisting with kiosk, table service, mobile orders, and McDelivery
- Prepare all of McDonald's world famous food following proper food preparation standards
- Partner with other crew members and managers to meet daily goals and foster teamwork
- Keep the restaurant clean and sanitized by performing cleaning and sanitation tasks
