The company is deeply committed to delivering exceptional Asian dining experiences while cultivating a supportive and enriching environment for its employees. Panda strongly embraces family values and community involvement through its initiatives like Panda Cares, which allows employees to give back to their local communities. Employees also receive perks such as free meals while working, associate discounts, and access to dependent care flexible spending accounts. The role requires employees to work efficiently under pressure, maintain high standards of food safety and quality, and collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily operational goals.

Working as a Service Team Associate at Panda Restaurant Group is much more than just a job; it is a chance to be part of a team that values respect, learning, and community impact. Associates are supported in their continuous growth through ongoing training and leadership development initiatives. The company prioritizes workplace safety and inclusivity, complying with all federal, state, and local laws related to accommodations and non-discrimination.
