The role of Service Team Associate at Panda Restaurant Group is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. In this role, you will be an integral part of the team creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for guests. You will greet guests, take and serve food orders, and handle payments with exceptional friendliness and efficiency. The position offers a dynamic work environment including the possibility to work across multiple positions such as the front counter, drive-through, or kitchen, providing a well-rounded experience in restaurant operations. Candidates do not need prior experience as Panda provides hands-on paid training* to prepare you for success, along with ongoing career and leadership development opportunities.

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional dining experience to guests by greeting guests, serving food and handling payments at cash register
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the store
- Follow operations standards and safety procedures to serve fresh and quality food
- Work efficiently in fast paced kitchen environment and rotate among front counter, drive through, or kitchen positions
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily goals in a fun, positive environment
- Engage with guests in a friendly and helpful manner to enhance their dining experience
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
