Job Description

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is the largest family-owned American Chinese restaurant concept in America, founded in 1983 in Glendale, California. With nearly 2,300 locations globally, Panda is dedicated to providing exceptional Asian dining experiences while building an organization that inspires and improves the lives of its employees and the communities it serves. The company embraces family values and prides itself on fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment where team members can thrive and grow. Panda is committed to equal employment opportunities and values diversity in the workplace, ensuring that all employees, regardless of background or personal characteristics, are treated fairly and respectfully.

We are currently seeking friendly and motivated individuals to join our team as Service Team Associates. This role is ideal for those who enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and are eager to provide outstanding service to every guest. As a Service Team Associate, you will be part of a supportive team that works together to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. You do not need prior experience; Panda provides hands-on paid training to prepare you for success in this position. This is an excellent opportunity to develop valuable skills that can help you advance within the company or in your future career.

The role involves greeting guests, serving food, handling payments, and maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the restaurant. You will have the chance to work in multiple positions including front counter, drive-through, and kitchen to keep daily operations running smoothly. Efficient teamwork and a positive attitude are essential, as you will be helping to meet daily goals while working in a fun and engaging environment. Safety and quality are top priorities, and you will follow all operational standards to ensure fresh and safe food is served.

In addition to competitive hourly pay ranging from $21 to $24 depending on experience and location, Panda offers a variety of benefits to support your well-being and career development. These include flexible schedules, free meals during shifts, comprehensive medical, vision and dental insurance options for full-time associates, retirement plans with company match, paid time off, associate discounts, and opportunities for community involvement through the Panda Cares initiative. There are also chances to grow into leadership and management roles through ongoing career development programs.

Joining Panda means becoming part of a company that values its employees as family and strives to create meaningful experiences both inside and outside of the workplace. If you are friendly, hardworking, and eager to grow, we encourage you to apply and become a valued member of Panda Restaurant Group’s team.
