We are currently seeking friendly and motivated individuals to join our team as Service Team Associates. This role is ideal for those who enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and are eager to provide outstanding service to every guest. As a Service Team Associate, you will be part of a supportive team that works together to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. You do not need prior experience; Panda provides hands-on paid training to prepare you for success in this position. The role involves greeting guests, serving food, handling payments, and maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the restaurant. You will have the chance to work in multiple positions including front counter, drive-through, and kitchen to keep daily operations running smoothly. Efficient teamwork and a positive attitude are essential, as you will be helping to meet daily goals while working in a fun and engaging environment. Safety and quality are top priorities, and you will follow all operational standards to ensure fresh and safe food is served.
