The role of Service Team Associate at Panda Restaurant Group is a front-facing, dynamic position that plays a critical role in delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for guests. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in energetic environments and enjoy working collaboratively with others to achieve daily goals. No prior experience is required, as Panda offers hands-on paid training designed to prepare new associates for success. Responsibilities include greeting guests, serving food, handling payments, and maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of the restaurant. Effective communication, the ability to handle difficult situations respectfully, and adaptability to change are vital traits for success in this role.
Panda Restaurant Group is proud to offer competitive pay ranging from $21 to $24 per hour, depending on experience and location. In addition to a rewarding work experience, associates enjoy numerous benefits such as flexible scheduling, free meals during shifts, and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance for eligible full-time employees. Other benefits include 401K with company match, paid vacation, sick leave, bereavement leave, referral bonuses, associate discounts on popular brands, and extensive career and leadership development opportunities.
