Job Requirements
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs
- physical stamina to be on feet for most of the shift
- ability to engage in active physical tasks including bending, stooping, and carrying
- willingness to work flexible hours including day, night, and weekend shifts
- legal authorization to work in the United States
- commitment to uphold company values and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in hospitality or entertainment is a plus but not required
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- friendly and positive attitude with a passion for customer service
- ability to manage multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure
Job Duties
- Greet every player with a smile and friendly energy
- deliver food and drinks to bays efficiently ensuring players have what they need
- assist in preparing non-alcoholic beverages
- maintain clean and stocked service areas, bus bays, and tables
- fold napkins to Topgolf standards
- jump in to support the team where needed including restocking stations and keeping common areas clean
- adhere to safety and sanitation standards to maintain a clean and safe work environment
