The physical demands of the job include standing for long periods, lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds, and moving continuously throughout the facility.

Compensation ranges from $2.13 to $7 per hour, aligning with standard practices for entry-level hospitality positions, and the company offers many benefits including medical, dental, vision coverage, a 401K plan, and unique perks such as free games. Dave & Buster's is committed to nondiscrimination and equal opportunity employment, participating in E-Verify where required by law. The company values diversity and inclusion and fosters a team-oriented work environment with supportive co-workers that make every shift enjoyable.
