Job Requirements
- work days nights and or weekends as required
- work in noisy fast paced environment with distracting conditions
- read and write handwritten notes
- lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- move about facility and stand for long periods of time
- walk or stand 100% of shift
Job Qualifications
- must be at least 16 years of age
- restaurant and bar experience preferred but not required
- demonstrate ability to clearly communicate with guests and team members
- friendly and able to smile while working days nights and weekends
- ability to follow company safety and sanitation policies
- ability to assist in party setup and guest services
Job Duties
- deliver unparalleled guest experience through best combination of food drinks and games in ideal environment for celebrating fun
- adhere to company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- maintain bus stand cleanliness and stocking
- ensure wait stations remain clean
- empty trash and spot sweep floors as needed or upon manager request
- perform opening and closing responsibilities including party breakdown duties
- restock and prepare supplies for shift changes or closing
- ensure food is properly garnished before delivery
- follow tray procedures to minimize loss and ensure timely food delivery
- buss and reset tables
- deliver food to tables and ensure guests have everything they need
- assist guests by clearing dishes glassware and refilling beverages
- assist in party setup
- maintain cleanliness of restrooms including restocking supplies
- clean high chairs and booster chairs
- assist other team members as needed
- maintain a friendly and positive attitude while working varied shifts
