Job Requirements
- must be at least 16 years of age
- ability to work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
- ability to work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
- ability to read and write handwritten notes
- ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- ability to move about facility and stand for long periods of time
- ability to walk or stand 100 percent of shift
Job Qualifications
- must be at least 16 years of age
- restaurant and/or bar experience preferred but not required
- must demonstrate ability to clearly communicate with guests and team members
- friendly and able to smile frequently while working
- ability to work flexible schedules including days, nights, and weekends
- ability to perform physical tasks required of the role
Job Duties
- delivers an unparalleled guest experience through a combination of food, drinks, and games
- adheres to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- responsible for bus stand cleanliness and stocking
- ensures wait stations remain clean
- empties trash and spot sweeps when needed or upon manager's request
- performs opening and closing responsibilities including party breakdown duties
- restocks and prepares supplies for shift changes or close
- ensures food is properly garnished before serving
- follows tray procedures to minimize loss and ensure timely delivery
- busses and resets tables
- delivers food to tables and ensures guests have everything needed
- offers assistance by clearing dishes, glassware, and refilling beverages
- assists in party setup
- maintains cleanliness of restrooms including restocking supplies
- cleans high chairs and booster chairs
- assists other team members as needed
- maintains a friendly attitude and smiles while working days, nights, and/or weekends
