Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to work days, nights and/ or weekends as required
- Ability to work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
- Ability to read and write handwritten notes
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to move about facility and stand for long periods of time
- Ability to walk or stand 100 percent of shift
Job Qualifications
- At least 16 years of age
- Ability to clearly communicate with guests and team members
- Preferred experience in restaurant or bar settings
- Friendly and customer-oriented attitude
- Ability to work flexible schedules including days, nights and weekends
Job Duties
- Delivers an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games in a fun environment
- Adheres to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Maintains bus stand cleanliness and stocks supplies
- Ensures wait stations remain clean
- Empties trash and spot sweeps as needed or when requested by manager
- Performs opening and closing duties including party breakdown
- Restocks and prepares supplies for shift changes and closing
- Ensures food is properly garnished before serving
- Follows tray procedures to minimize loss and ensure timely, correct delivery
- Busses and resets tables
- Delivers food to tables and ensures guests have everything they need
- Clears dishes and glassware and refills beverages
- Assists in party setup
- Maintains cleanliness of restrooms and restocks supplies
- Cleans high chairs and booster seats
- Assists other team members as needed
- Smiles and remains friendly working days, nights and weekends as required
