Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable being on feet for most of the shift
- Ability to perform active physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and carrying
- Strong commitment to safety and sanitation
- Positive attitude and excellent teamwork
- Availability to work flexible hours including night and weekend shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in hospitality or entertainment is a plus but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Availability to work flexible shifts including days, nights, and weekends
Job Duties
- Greet every player with a smile and friendly energy
- Deliver food and drinks to bays efficiently, making sure every player has what they need
- Assist in preparing non-alcoholic beverages
- Maintain clean and stocked service areas
- Bus bays and tables
- Fold napkins to Topgolf standards
- Jump in to support the team where needed, including restocking stations, helping on the tee line, or keeping common areas clean
- Adhere to safety and sanitation standards to maintain a safe and clean environment
