The Service Support Playmaker role at Topgolf is an essential position focused on delivering outstanding service to Players and supporting the Venue Operations team. The position involves greeting Players with enthusiasm, assisting with food and beverage service, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless experience. Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds
willingness to work flexible shifts including days, nights, and weekends
strong customer service skills

Job Duties

Greet every player with a smile and friendly energy
deliver food and drinks to bays efficiently, making sure every player has what they need for an awesome experience
assist in preparing non-alcoholic beverages, maintain clean and stocked service areas, bus bays and tables, and fold napkins to Topgolf standards
jump in to support the team where needed, whether that’s restocking stations, helping on the tee line, or keeping common areas clean
provide a safe and fun environment by sticking to safety and sanitation standards, keeping the work area clean, safe, and compliant
live the Topgolf values, ensuring every player has an exceptional time and every playmaker feels supported
handle active tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds, moving items, and being on feet for most of the day
