Job Requirements
- minimum age of 16 years
- ability to work days, nights and/or weekends as required
- ability to work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
- ability to read and write handwritten notes
- ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- ability to stand or move about the facility for long periods of time
- ability to walk or stand 100% of shift
Job Qualifications
- restaurant and/or bar experience preferred but not required
- ability to clearly communicate with guests and other team members
- friendly disposition and ability to smile while working days, nights and/or weekends as required
- minimum age of 16 years
Job Duties
- deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun
- adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- maintain bus stand cleanliness and stocking
- ensure wait stations remain clean
- empty trash and spot sweep floors when needed or upon manager request
- perform opening and closing responsibilities including party breakdown and duties
- restock and prepare supplies for shift change or close
- ensure food is properly garnished prior to running out to guests
- follow all tray procedures to minimize loss and ensure food is delivered timely and correctly
- buss and reset tables
- deliver food to tables and ensure guests have everything they need
- offer assistance to guests by clearing dishes and glassware and refilling beverages
- assist in party setup
- maintain cleanliness of restrooms including restocking supplies
- clean high chairs and booster chairs
- assist other team members as needed or when business needs dictate
