The role of Service Supervisor at Cintas is an exciting middle-management position within the Rental organization, focusing on overseeing the customer-facing service team. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements including active driver's license
- be at least 21 years of age
- obtain DOT medical certification
- provide documentation regarding previous employment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- bachelor's degree preferred
- experience in sales-related roles
- customer service experience preferably within industrial or service industries
- training or instructor experience
Job Duties
- Supervise the customer service team including on-route and in-house staff
- hire, train, develop, and evaluate service team members
- drive company-owned vehicles to customer sites
- assist the service team with lifting, carrying, and walking in and out of customer accounts
- maintain excellent customer relationships and handle renewals of customer contracts
- increase internal sales through effective team management
