The Service-Shuttle Driver/Porter role at Platinum Chevrolet is a critical position that supports the operational efficiency and customer satisfaction of the service department. The primary responsibility of the Service-Shuttle Driver/Porter is to safely transport customers to and from the dealership when their vehicles are being serviced, ensuring that customers experience convenience and professionalism throughout their visit. In addition, the role includes providing general support to the service staff when shuttle driving duties are not required, maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the shuttle vehicles both inside and out, and keeping the dealership’s parking areas organized and orderly.
